Airbnb for Work needed to earn trust with enterprise decision-makers. My role was to build a visual system that translated complex data and unfamiliar concepts into a compelling, actionable story, from illustrations to responsive layouts to data visualizations.

Working within Airbnb’s Design Language System (DLS), I extended the brand to a new B2B product vertical while collaborating with a cross-functional team including PMs, product marketing, content strategy, product design, and legal. The result was a cohesive suite of assets, including data visualizations, city icons, illustrations, email campaigns, and event materials, that helped drive a 200% increase in traffic for Airbnb for Work.

Meaningful data is required to make an informed decision to adopt Airbnb for Work for enterprise clients. City icons, photography, and illustrations all played a huge part in completing the story and bringing delight to users in a typically bland environment.
